Quality Policy

FUGRO OSAE’s main goal is customer satisfaction. An integral part of achieving this goal is in optimising the production processes. The company operates a quality management system which is now ISO 9001:2008 certified. The quality management system is described in the Quality Manual (QM) and is detailed in the Quality Procedures Manual (QPM).

FUGRO OSAE's generic document, Survey Procedures Manual (SPM), forms an integral part of the quality management system. Relevant cross-references to the SPM are made throughout the QPM wherever appropriate. All personnel understand the importance of quality and abide by the provisions of the quality management system. Furthermore, the company constantly monitors its quality performance and implements improvements whenever possible.

FUGRO OSAE endeavours to complete jobs that conform to their customers’ specifications and that are free of any errors.

FUGRO OSAE aims to achieve this by operating a Quality Management System compliant with BS EN ISO 9001:2008.

The Company ensures that this Quality Policy is both communicated to and fully understood by all Company personnel and that all operations are carried out in accordance with the Quality Manual and the associated Operational Procedures Manual.

FUGRO OSAE complies with legislation relevant to offshore surveying and to the provisions of several trade associations.

The Managing Director is committed to achieving and maintaining the highest standards of quality in order to meet or exceed the expectations of the Company's customers and liaises with them in order to arrive at the best solution to their requirements.

FUGRO OSAE, therefore, constantly monitors its quality performance and pursues a policy of continuous improvement to its processes, quality of service and its Quality Management System.

To this end, quality objectives are set at regular management review meetings. These objectives are reviewed at subsequent management review meetings using analysed data. Furthermore, this Quality Policy is reviewed for continuing suitability.

All Company personnel are trained and encouraged, on an on-going basis, to contribute towards the achievement of the goals and objectives contained within the Quality Manual.
